Will Holleman, Principal
Will Holleman is a founding principal for Bluebonnet Public Affairs with over a decade of legislative, political, and lobbying experience in Texas. Will is excited to help your organization take the next step in their advocacy journey at the Texas Capitol from policy development to rules and regulations advising. Will has led government relations services at multiple non-profits, associations, and legislative offices and campaigns, advising his clients on best practices and effective strategies to maximize their legislative agenda. Holleman holds a Master of Public Service and Administration with a focus in Public Policy Analysis and Management from The Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University and a dual bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Texas A&M University. Will has one son, a wonderful wife, and a cranky old yellow lab that keeps him busy when he's not advocating at the Capitol
